Two sisters with great passion and love for Zeeland oysters

Born and raised in the region and grew up with the sea always around the corner. It couldn’t be more Zeeland than the two Oyster sisters, Charlotte and Sophie. The Burgundian life was part of it from an early age, there were always people over at home. Food was ready, everyone was welcome. During holiday season we went to Cadzand with a cool box full of delicious food. Or strolling endlessly through a market, looking for oysters and trying to open them yourself. Food, and in particular the oyster, reflects connection. It is not any different now the two sisters run this company together. It is about bringing people together, offering an experience and having great conversations. The latter is exactly what the oyster does: it makes you tell a story about that one time you tasted it for the first time. Bringing back a valuable childhood memory or stimulating others in trying an oyster.
